ALPS Holdings, formerly known as ALPS Global Logistic was founded by our 1st Director, Mr. Kavan Low in January 2013. The Company was named after the founding members initial whom attributed to the possibility of the organisation existence.

The Company commences its operation in February 2013 running its sole business activity in freight forwarding with only three operational staff in a rented office at Katong Shopping Centre. The business grew from a freight forwarding Company that focus on NVOCC to a credential one-stop logistics service provider with an extensive coverage in logistics.

Competing with the fast evolving and volatile economy, the management came up with a business diversion strategy, venturing from its sole core business into a multi-industry company. As part of the business expansion plan, the company reposition itself with its new entity in March 2017 and incorporated it 1st subsidiary company, ALPS Global Logistics. The aim was to allow the holding company to separate its growing investment and business activities from the subsidiary company for an efficient system to manage the two unique industry for better efficiency. The original entity was retained to continue serving their loyal business associates in the integrated logistics and shipping industry.

In 2017, the organisation underwent a major restructuring of its business concept by segregating its main logistics business from the parent Company as a recognition of the division ability. Some of the strategies adopted by the management are to leverage on its young and dynamic team of executives on creativity and flexibility to take on the volatile economy while creating new synergy support for its future plans of the subsidiary businesses.

Standing by its philosophy to nurture a small but highly motivated and effective workforce, the organisation manage to maintain a workforce of not more than twenty to operate its multi-industry business.

Today, ALPS Holdings operates its five main business activities; Limousine chauffeuring service, property and investment management, E-commerce & retail branding, trading and last but not least the integrated logistics & shipping within its owned unit in Primz Bizhub, Woodlands Singapore.
